During 75 years the flight engineer brought useful information in the evolution of modern aircraft operations. Despite, the evolution in the technical environment enforced the modern aircraft to fly without an engineer. The KL875 ( 747-300 ) to New Delhi and back to Amsterdam was the last engineered flight of the classic Jumbo within KLM.
